Terms & Conditions

Flash Wash passes provide vehicles daily washes of the selected plan each month a membership is renewed. To upgrade a wash type, you pay the difference between your Unlimited Plan wash type, the upgrade request, and the prorated amount. To upgrade your membership please fill out the Flash Wash upgrade form in person at a Flash Wash location, or download the Flash Wash app.

Membership may be canceled at any time. Cancellations must be received before 5amon your recharge date. For members signed up from the 24th-31st of each month, you need to cancel before the 24th of the month, otherwise you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will be effective the following billing date. Upon cancellation of your membership in the Unlimited Program, you can use it until your next recharge date. Flash Wash will not refund, prorate, compensate or pay cash, cash equivalent, or credit for any forfeited or unused benefits.

Canceling your membership may be performed in (3) ways:

  1. Cancel in person by visiting a Flash Wash location, and complete the cancellation form. If you do not receive a copy of your cancellation request immediately, check your spam and contact Flash Wash by emailing info@flashwashcarwash.com
  2. Visit https://www.flashwashcarwash.com/, click on “Manage my account” and complete the online cancellation form.
  3. Visit https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.carwashFLWAWA&hl=en_US&gl=US (android) or https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/flash-wash/id1533865300 (iPhone), login and/or make an account, select “my plan” and select “cancel plan”.

This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Membership is valid during normal business hours only. Due to the vehicle and manufacturing differences, Flash Wash is not liable for any damages to vehicles that use the car wash. Flash Wash unlimited wash passes are only valid for one unique vehicle. The person on file is the ONLY one who can control the account. We do not accept dealer license plates. Vacuums are restricted to interior vehicle use only! They may NOT be used to vacuum liquids, including, but not limited to, water, gasoline, paint, motor oils and fluids, drywall, etc. Members doing so may be held responsible for repair and/or replacement costs. Dumping of household trash and electronics is expressly forbidden. Participating locations and hours of operation are listed at https://www.flashwashcarwash.com/. Flash Wash reserves the right to alter hours of operation or limit services at any time and for any reason, for example and without limitation, equipment failure, preventive maintenance, upgrades, repairs, power outages, inclement weather, staffing shortages and holidays.

*Wash details are determined by the wash package you select. Wash package details and options are posted onsite at Flash Wash, on the website and on the app. Flash Wash may, in its discretion, suspend your benefits, or terminate your membership account, at any time with immediate effect and without written notice in instances where Company believes that you have (i) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations, (ii) a monthly charge is declined by the card processing system or you otherwise failed to pay Company amounts due, (iii) acted in a disruptive, inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive, hostile, or unsafe manner, (iv) breached or violated any of these Program Terms and Conditions, or (v) engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Unlimited Program. Nothing contained in these Program Terms and Conditions will limit Flash Wash in the exercise of any legal or equitable rights or remedies.

Upon termination of your membership in the Unlimited Program for any reason, all unredeemed benefits will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to participate in the Unlimited Program. Flash Wash will not refund, prorate, compensate or pay cash, cash equivalent, or credit for any forfeited or unused benefits. Whether you may re-enroll in the Unlimited Program after a termination is at Flash Wash’s sole discretion. By enrolling, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged the monthly fee for the package I select. I also agree that I waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise. In the event, Flash Wash is notable to charge a member's credit/debit card due to an expired card, declined card, or change of information, the member's plan will be de-activated immediately. By becoming a member of the Unlimited Program (“you” or a “Member”) and receiving benefits of the Unlimited Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Program Terms and Conditions. Flash Wash, may change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Members must re-apply to the program following program following deactivation if they wish to continue.

By providing your email and mobile phone number, you may receive emails, texts, notifications from Flash Wash about your Flash Wash Unlimited wash pass membership. Standard message and data rates may apply. This pertains to providing your phone number on the sign up sheet online, in person, or the app. This does not pertain to our text club. Signing up for the text club consists of different terms and conditions to agree to.
